Work With Us
You are not alone.
At Juniper Formation, one of our callings is to work alongside other communities of faith. We’re here to accompany you through the ups and downs, ins and outs of ministry.
Our main goal is to cocreate solidarity on a community-wide scale. This means:
Facilitating spiritual and relational discernment
Collaborating to imagine and implement Spirit-led ministries with your congregation
Accompanying you on new and creative journeys
Leading retreats or classes
Coaching individuals or groups
Want to collaborate?
Let’s work together towards:
-
We believe that God invites us into building a Church that is just, equitable, and relational, meeting the needs of each new generation. Building these places and spaces takes time and imagination. We’ve worked with communities to help restructure church policies and procedures, launch bold, new ministries of service and advocacy, and reimagine church culture. Whatever you’re dreaming up, let us help support you in making that vision a reality!
-
Has there been conflict in your community that you need support in walking through? Or is there a desire for re-engaging or building democratic and relational ways of being in your context? We believe that healthy churches are foundational for effective ministry and we want to support this growth and healing in your community.
-
Is your community considering an Open and Affirming process or reworking your ONA covenant? Are you launching a new Our Whole Lives program and need to update your Safe Sanctuary policy? Is there a desire for an LGBTQ+ spirituality group in your community? Our Gender + Sexuality Liberation Ministry Team has the skill and experience to come alongside you as we collaboratively build a Church that affirms the belovedness of every child of God.
-
For far too long churches have ignored or abandoned mental health concerns. Our facilitators and trainers are ordained clergy AND licensed mental health providers who can support your congregation in becoming a place where spiritual and mental well-being thrive. Whether through individual work with clergy + laity or by training a pastoral care team, we can accompany your community as you develop skills for supporting mental wellness.
-
Is your congregation grappling with how to faithfully steward the resource of your building and property as your community size changes? Are you curious how your congregation might partner with others to make your building a thriving community hub? Is your racial justice team wanting to learn about the hidden histories connected to the Land where your church is located as a way to engage in relationships of reckoning, repair and generational healing? Our Land Discernment Minister is available to consult about all of these ideas and more.
-
Our church is tied together by our use of digital tools like Zoom, the Google Suite, Mighty Networks, Canva, Teachery, and others. We have the skills to support your community’s use of digital technologies for ministry, whether that’s organizing your shared Google Drive or developing a digital store as a ministry and fundraising tool.
