  • Our products are sourced from the following brands selected for their commitments to labor rights, human rights, human and environmental safety, and sustainability. Delivery

  • It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after fulfillment the order is then shipped out.

    The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:

    USA: 3-​4 business days

    International: 5-15 business days

  • We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

  • Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The end recipient is responsible for these fees.

    We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally—this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

  • Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

    • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

    • Ask your local post office if they have your package.

    • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

    Package theft is on the rise. If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, when possible use an address where someone can receive the package.

    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at shop@juniperformation.org with your order number.

    If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order will be at your expense.

Orders

  • You can view measurements for all our clothing products on our Clothing Size Guide page.

  • We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most environmentally friendly and efficiently!

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at shop@juniperformation.org.

  • We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at shop@juniperformation.org within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

  • Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor is temporary. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

    You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology with water-based and eco-friendly inks.

    If you receive a product with a mark—please try washing it before reporting a problem.

Returns

  • We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at shop@juniperformation.org.

  • Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at shop@juniperformation.org with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort it out for you.

  • At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed in our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at shop@juniperformation.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Designs

  • Absolutely! We value your creative input and want to provide a platform for self-expression that aligns with our mission and values. Our Storytelling Team can help bring your ideas to life. You can submit your ideas to us, whether it’s a specific theme, written message, or visual that you’d like to see in the world.

    The turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the design. We also may not be able to make all designs and ideas submitted, and reserve editorial oversight of our store.

    Unfortunately at this time we are not able to compensate you for your ideas or designs, as all profits go to support Juniper Formation ministries.

Our Story

  • As a faith community built by and for active participants and leaders in ministry, we created the Juniper Formation Wearables Store for several reasons:

    1. We saw a need to spread progressive and liberative theology and inclusion as a loving public voice for Christianity within our local communities. By creating items we can wear and share with others, we cocreate an inclusive and justice-filled world. In our research during the creation of this store, we found that there weren’t many brands creating wearable items combining liberative, progressive theology with the joy and celebration of who we are in our diversities and who we want to be as people of faith. It is our aim to share liberative theology and inclusion with each item sold, especially in the face of Christian nationalism and religious conservatism.

    2. To see each of our diverse identities represented alongside our theology in a bold, joy-filled, and celebratory way, and not a tentative, concerned, and weary way that can sometimes be pervasive in justice efforts. We celebrate who we are, diversely and divinely created by God, and make no apologies for who we are. It matters that our diversities are represented in art, media, and messaging related to our faith and our ability to share who we are with one another and the world. Representation creates a sense of belonging and lets others who may be struggling know that we are safe people to be with, and they are loved as they are.     3. To support the ongoing work of Juniper Formation. The funds from each sale will go directly back into Juniper Formation ministries. Juniper Formation is an IRS-designated 501c3 nonprofit church, and a local church of the United Church of Christ (UCC), a progressive Christian denomination.
