As a brand new church start, we've committed to various progressive policies for our staff, including 15 weeks of 100% paid parental leave and a $25 minimum wage for all staff. We're making just wages and progressive policies part of our church's DNA, and we're not waiting until "we can afford it." This is part of our overall approach or ethos of faith, abundance, and community, rather than fear, scarcity, and individualism.
